DJ GMC started his career as Hip Hop DJ back in 1998 with a small group called Northern Lightz, members of the original, frequently copied but never equalled, SBK SQUAD in and around the area of Hamburg City, Germany. This Squad was set up by different german MCs, DJs and graffiti artists. After this group split up he tried to go his own way and kept making music through all these years. Since 2008 DJ GMC (A.K.A GMC Music Production s) started to build beats and riddims. He used his well know links to produce a lot of songs in a very short time.
2009 he joined SFDC Radio and became radio DJ for reggae dancehall music. In 2010 he released a lot of different reggae dancehall riddims (Medication Riddim, Ghetto Siren Riddim, Boiling Blood Riddim, Soldier Step Riddim) with upcoming jamaican and international artists. Several different DJ GMC mixtapes were released through the years (e.g. Soundclash series, Reggae Takeover).  In 2011 his amazing "WHIZZLE RIDDIM" came out with over 16 artists from JAM, US, CAN, UK, NL and GER.  As he always had a passion for Jungle DnB Music, GMC Music Productions decided to start producing Ragga-Jungle and Drum and Bass Songs. Together with an old friend GMC founded a new group called Synfonickz for all kinds of different electronic music
